Blueprint conducts job analysis to collect information about a job in terms of duties, responsibilities, key skills required, outcomes of the job among others, to develop job descriptions and specifications particularly for new roles. We also review and revise job descriptions and specifications for existing jobs on behalf of our clients.

Training needs assessment:
We conduct needs assessment for client institutions to enable them identify, verify and/or validate the training needs of their employee. This is done either as a stand-alone service or prior to providing them with training or workshops. This is done to ensure that we provide the appropriate and relevant training package that addresses the challenges of our clients.

Preparation of training plans:
We develop effective time bound training plans ie. quarterly, half yearly or yearly plans and support businesses to roll them out.

Training design:
We design training programmes/courses to ensure that they are effective and result oriented. Some of our key considerations in designing training include the need to structure courses so that they can be easily digested by learners ie. Set up of learning room, number of break sessions, start and end time for courses, number of learners in a class, training aids used – PowerPoint, flipcharts, videos courses, the need to deliver training using a blend of facilitation strategies to enhance learning, the need to have feedback processes inbuilt into training courses in order to improve on training sessions as they are ongoing among others.

Development of training curricula and training materials:
We develop training curricula on various topics based on our identification of clients’ needs in our needs analysis. We also develop training material such as PowerPoint slides, facilitator’s guides, participants’ manuals, worksheets, and various other supporting documents used for training.

Facilitation of training sessions:

We undertake an audit of the HR function of a business to identify key factors and determine areas for strengthening and support where required.
